ROOTS OF ATTACHMENT is an intimate group container for future parents where I transmit 12 years of the embodied wisdom that inspired me towards freebirthing all 3 of my babies, going diaper free, having nourishing postpartums, and more.
My teachings fall under the umbrella of creating secure attachment bonds because I’ve witnessed and experienced the impact of a culture that doesn’t center babies and parents’ biological needs - or even know what they are.
In this group my hope is to not only share all I’ve learned, but to connect you with a community of humans who are on the same path.
